Great choice for cheesecake!
I really like using this pan for my New York Style Cheesecakes! This is my second one. I really like the glass plate too!

I like the quality, nice not to have metal taste
I bought this pain because I was tired of my Metal springform pan, even with parchment paper, it gave my cheesecake a metallic taste. This pan is perfect, the right size nice glass, bottom and well fitting silicone sides. But I especially appreciate the price, great value

Silicone spring form pan
This is perfect what what I needed it for. I'm making a Avocado Salmon Sushi Cake. I see some of the reviews say it leaks. That won't be an issue for this recipe with rice, avocado and salmon. Look forward to making it.

cheesecake and whine
norpro sells their products on many different sites and in some sites they claim it as leak proof it is not the case. using the standard Graham crust recipe for cheesecake the butter seats out through the bottom of the pan while it's being pre-baked.I highly recommend a double piece of aluminum foil around the base to keep the water from the water pan going into the cheesecake. other than that it isn't okay product.
