great spatzle press
this item is very easy to use and clean. its small as well so storage is no issue. made a whole tray of spatzle using my usual recipe and cant wait to make my next batch!

The product does what it's supposed to, I just wish that the basket was metal with a handle.

Spaetzle Regretzle
I decided to go with a brand name but for the same price, I could have bought one that was all stainless steel. I wish I would have for durability. It was easy to use but you need to wash it immediately. Otherwise, it's very difficult to get the partially dried dough out of the tiny areas.
