Norpro Stainless Steel Jelly Roll Baking Pan

A couple of months ago, I ordered my second set of two of these trays because they are so useful! I now have a total of 4 of these Norpro stainless steel trays. I bought the first pair over five years ago and have used them about every other day since purchase. We finally decided to splurge and purchase another pair (sold separately) because we needed more food capacity. Uses include: oven, cookie baking, broiler hamburgers, veggie roasting, magnetic letter play, serving. Dishwasher safe, but some hand scrubbing to get baked-on food will be required, unless you have an amazing pots/pans setting on your dishwasher. They do scratch - especially if you use steel wool or other harsh scrubbers on them, but for the price, it is to be expected. Until you have used them in the oven and scrubbed them a lot, they are beautiful as serving trays. I just used my newer set to add a bit of class when serving beverages at an outdoor party. I used my older trays to pack raw burgers flat and out to the grill.

Not very solid in construction. My husband bought a similar product at a much better price and it was a far better quality item. With this pan you will most defiantly handle it with both hands because it flexes. If all you want to do is use it for light baking or as a barrier for crafting then it will serve. However, I would research for a better quality item than this one. It's way over priced.
