I purchased during the last snow/ice storm but, the product didn't come prior or even during the storm, the storm. My only advice is to order before you need it.

I wouldn't use anything else. Iwas a good value option that also pretected out pets and worked well.

i purchased this hoping i would not need it for the rest of the winter. Since the ice melt arrived we have had no measurable snow fall. If i had know it worked this good, i would have bought it at the beginning of winter abs not in the middle.

I would recommend this for pet owners, as it quickly does the job. My dog had no issues at all with it, and that's what I most needed. Now, the only negative, and it might be a big one for some, is that it kills grass. I had sprinkled it on a 4' square area at the base of the back porch steps so my little dog would go out. Now it's nearly spring, all the grass is green and growing, except that one 4' patch that's still mostly brown. The issue might eventually resolve itself as there are tiny sprigs of grass showing, but it's worth noting.

The product seems to work fine. However, the lid was broken upon arrival. No visible damage to the box. We can't use the product as expected since the lid doesn't stay on the container. We should be able to flip part of the lid and shake the container to dispense the product.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER The salt was so poorly packaged that the top broke off in transit and when i opened the box it poured all over my carpet. This after waiting thru delay after delay in shipping. I will add photos.

the containers were only half full and most of the salt had spilled out into the box. the only thing that was good was the price and the quick delivery.

I did not care how the product was shipped, 1 container with plastic lid was badly damaged and poorly taped back on with alot of the product loose inbox. Part of product was missing through poorly tapped container. I regret that I will not order shipped items again.

Terrible product! It says it’s good for -15 temperature. It’s 17 degrees this morning in Mansfield. Very thin ice. An hour later; it hasn’t done nothing! I put it on concrete sidewalk, wood stairs and asphalt. It did nothing! I called the “customer satisfaction hotline;” on back container literally today that I’m gonna go need another product. These are the photos after an hour of being applied. I am not satisfied. I do NOT recommend at all!

This is probably one of the worst products I have ever purchased. It does not melt ice and has caused me to slip and fall.
