North Dakota Mill, Dakota Maid Bread Flour, 10 lb Bag

I recently got another bread maker and i tryed this making a 1.5 pound loaf and it came out perfect. Was using reg flour but this works WAY better and tastes awsome as well, reminded me of my moms fresh made bread. If your making bread in a machine I highly recommend this for your bread maker

So glad I read the previous reviews for this product cuz it certainly beats Walmarts brand of bread flour. I bake bread every two weeks and if you use this flour, you will know the difference instantly! Much more taste, and the texture is fantastic.

Love this bread flour for my sourdough, haven't had a bad loaf and it's a nice big bag for the price.

This is a very good very reasonable priced high protein flour, 12 to 14 percent Great for pizza bagels bread and good for muffins

Product busted open inside box! So instead of a 10 lb. bag of flour there was maybe 6 lbs still in the bag. No packaging or cushioning to prevent bag from moving around inside of box. I would order again if I was able to know it would not be damaged in transit.
