This uses existing boat holes in bed of truck for installation. No drill. All you will need is a T 35 torque bit and a flat bladed screwdriver. Allen wrenches are provided for adjustments and installation. I installed cover in around 45 minutes taking my time. Will recommend this brand and tell them to get it from Walmart in the future. 100% satisfied on quality and price.
The bottom line is I'm vary satisfied with this Tonneau Covers form, fit and function on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. It is a great fit to the truck bed and after minor adjustments during installation the cover is taught at all the edges. The cover shows no signs of wear or loosening after about 4 months of highway and around town driving. There is only minor water seepage into the truck bed from a hard rain. I would without any hesitation recommend this soft cover.
