This is my first order with this company. My order was delivered very quickly. Their customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I had a decoration that was defective. Customer service replied to my email less in less than 24 hrs. They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. When I replied that I wanted a replacement, they again acknowledged my email in less than 24 hrs and quickly shipped out a replacement.

One light out straight from unpacking
This item came with a light out. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and one blue light for the eyes did not work. No extra bulbs were inside so I can not even replace it.
