Northwest 36-inch Wall-Mount Electric Fireplace Heater with Orange Flame and Remote

I absolutely love this fireplace! It is the perfect size for my small living room. The finish is high quality glass and the flames look very realistic! I would definitely recommend this fireplace.

Every time I try to download pictures of my new fireplace the review disappears so I hope this one will appear without my pictures. This fireplace is just stunning and it was a perfect addition to my front entry way. I used to have a water fountain where I now have the fireplace, but it became too much upkeep and I wanted a new look for the front hallway. This was such a wonderful solution. The stainless steel accents really dress it up and it is just a stunning look . The remote control does all of the work and I love the fact that I can use it even though I live in a hot climate, all year long. I can use the heat feature when it will finally get a little chilly here, but I can use the fireplace look anytime. It is a very heavy item and two people can assemble it pretty easily. The glass piece has to be removed in the front to place the rocks inside where the fire will show. walmart.com has several of these fireplaces on their website but I knew as soon as I saw this one it was perfect for where I was going to place it.

We use in our small "autumn" dining room. We didn't hang. You need a stud in the wall to support it, or you could mount it like a small tv. We put it on our baker's rack.

Cool optics and nice "feeling" to see flames, although it's not completely realistic looking. Could be a little brighter - that's the reason for only 4 stars. I don't anticipate using the heater much since I live in Houston (plus my gas heat much cheaper option. LOL!) Instructions were a JOKE - figured it out myself - it hangs on the long bar and the right angle brace supports unit on the bottom. I'm a woman and could hang myself. Enjoy!

First one was broken they replaced item in 4 days.

I have purchased many items from Walmart.com, but this was the first time I ever received something that had obviously been sold to somebody else first, returned, and then shipped to me. The fireplace I got was securely sealed in the box, but when I took it out, I could see a big dent and scratches all over it. I really want this fireplace, so I returned it and purchased it from another store.
