This unit is beautiful, well made and packaged. I carefully measured everything, since I was planning on mounting it higher than one might expect, above my tv in the bedroom. I thought the six foot cord would be sufficient, but did not realize the cord is attached to the top right corner of the unit, instead of the bottom. We were so disappointed. Since the unit can't be used with an extension cord, we opted to return it rather than hire an electrician to move the outlet higher up the wall. Kudos to Northwest for manufacturing a classy product, and to Walmart for making the return and refund so easy.

i like it a lot. it makes a cuzzy feeling in the living room. The only bad thing is i dont feel it heats enough. i put it right on the center of the wall. Might have to lower a little bit by the head when u are sitting on the couch.If the vent was bottom instead of top i think will work better for me

I'm not the one to really comment on anything but I had to let you guys know if you want this, it's so worth the money and it works very very well. Do not hesitate on other high end heaters. This heater heats my entire upstairs from downstairs and its very decorative. A must have for the home!

We love the look and the feel from the wall mounted LED fireplace. Very easy to mount. The only thing we did not know was that a dedicated electrical line was needed for it. That cost far exceeded the cost of the fireplace itself.

This is a very relaxing and quiet fireplace. Easy to install and use. The heater isnt very powerful. But thats fine cuz we dont use it. The 3 colors are dimmable also. The only issue we had, was it made some noise while running for about a week then the noise went away. Great purchase so far. No complaints.

There is no cutout in the back to plug the unit in and cover the outlet. You have to plug this in and hang it above or below the outlet, which makes it look pretty tacky.
