This is a nice, soft hoodie that is lightweight yet warm. It would be great to wear for an outdoor workout if the weather is cold. I am 5'6" tall and 155 lbs and I bought the size small. It is a little snug, but not uncomfortably tight. I have a wide frame with short arms, a short torso, and an athletic build, and this hoodie is a tiny bit tight under the arms and in the area where my neck and chest come together, but the sleeves and overall length is not too long, so I like that. I would say that a slightly slimmer and slightly taller person could wear this size, but if you are bulkier I would consider going up a size. 

I got this hoodie for my son, and he's been wearing it nonstop. The material is soft and breathable, making it great for casual wear or light activities. The fit is just right, and the pocket comes in handy for carrying small items. It's been easy to wash and hasn't shrunk.

definitely sized smaller than the size chart, but not sure if you go the next size up it maybe too big. This was I thought a lightweight, but is more midweight.
