I find that this quesadilla maker works just as well as the one I had so many years ago and I used it all the time. this one I see me using all the time as well I've already used it a couple times and it really heats up very quickly it Browns your quesadillas and melts the cheese very fast as well which is an improvement over my one I used to have a long time ago. and my plus is the red matches my appliances in my kitchen so I'm good! I would recommend this to anybody. I think it's a great product.

I like Quesadilla's a lot, but not the overpricing of $6.00 - $8.00 in the restuaraunt's, so my daughter bought me this 4 christmas, and I luv it. I can now make my own with fresh ingredients, and I can fill it as much or as little as I choose, close 2 the edge un-like the restuaraunt which is only a little in the middle. Easy cleanup while it's still warm just wipe with a damp cloth & it's ready 4 the next use. Im happy with it.....

I bought this for my son to use when he goes off to college. Better than Ramon every day! LOL We used it several times since Christmas. And it was part of our snacks on New Years. It works well, doesn't take up much space. It is easy to use and easy to clean and makes great tasting quesadillas. Once finished we use a pizza cutter to cut along the grill lines to make triangles. You can also get the bigger tortillas and fold it over and use half of the maker for quesadilla pockets.The only thing that would make it better is if they offered the product in different colors to coordinate with your kitchen or college school colors! Very happy with the purchase and my son was very happy with the gift!

Yes, my family and I love this quesadilla maker. So much so, we are considering buying another one so that we can make two at once. I make loads of taco meat when we have tacos and we use leftovers the next day for quesadillas. This machine perfectly makes quesadillas -- browned lightly and creased for cutting. If you overfill with cheese (my family are cheeseheads, so more is better), it will come out the sides but it crisps up and tastes delicious! Sometimes we put so much meat/cheese in, we're unable to latch it closed, but it still cooks and crisps up fine. Go ahead and buy it! You'll love it, too.

I bought this so my 10 yr. old son could practice cooking food for himself. It does get really hot when you open lid to take out but he is doing fine with the heat. I would say put less cheese on tortilla then you think as to much cheese squishes out but it's EXTREMELY easy to clean. I wipe it off with a paper towel. Great for dinner and snacks! It's a keeper/ winner with all the kids!

While , I only used a few times so far it works well and browns well! Great little gadget to have on hand for making these yummy treats!

I had purchased 1 of these after visiting a friend during a party, it has been a great addition to my kitchen, I then purchased 2 more and gave them as presents 1 of which stopped working the night they had opened it. As always WalMart stood behind it and refunded the purchase right away. I have purchased 2 more since then with one of those not working shortly after not putting into service. Again WalMart did a great job and refunded my money. Seems like you get a great one or a dude, WalMart however makes it worth the while. Note of caution, the rubber coated tool does not last long and the surface does scratch easy. All in all not a bad product.

Runs a bit hot on the outside compared to others I have used Not recommended if you have small children

I have used my Quesadilla Maker a couple of times. It is okay. Not sure if it is better to use this than use the old frying pan. If you aren't careful you can make a mess with putting to much in it. The grandkids are using it mostly to make cheese quesadilla's themselves. So it is nice that they can use it easily.

Very hot and you can't open it or close it right and it doesn't tell you whether it's done or not the lights that are green and red you cannot see. Would not suggest to anybody to buy this product again. This is crap not worth the $30 I spent for it
