I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and we have used it so much since. The kids love it. It's cute and sufficient. Perfect for selling snowcones in the summer like a lemonade stand. Fairly priced too. I highly recommend it.

Super Cute big hit at our last gathering.. HOWEVER the door is VERY hard to get open so we had to leave it open the whole time, makes very little ice at a time took forever to get all the kids a shave icy, the grinder on top don't work good we had to keep taking it apart getting all the ice out tightened the little piece on top and starting over ..

I reached out last week chatting with someone from customer service online telling them that my grandchildren tried using the machine for the 1st time since they got it for Christmas due to an emergency situation so it's not working I even bought the warranty on it I had to provide a date that I got it went back to put the information in and it was like I never reached out and no one never reached back out with concerns about me letting them know that the machine didn't work

missing the blade my grandkuds was not happy

This machine didn't work it was a gift so I max out of the return time I'm just upset because it was a total waste don't buy

First off it came missing screws to hpld the blades on. Second it doesn't work very well at all, takes forever to get one small snow cone.

Can only use machine no more then 5 minutes at a time. With purchasing it I was very disappointed because wanted some snowcones for the summer but it broke on the second use. Very disappointed

Not a fan! The first snow cone had pieces of shaved plastic! Not sure why but not going to try again. You can tell it was shaved like the ice and was the same color. I think the little thing that rotates is too close to the blades but just going to return it.
