I usually don't do reviews on a supplement unless I've taken it for awhile but I really have to with this one.👍 I've had trouble getting to sleep,,I would get drowsy but I'd just cat nap. when I ordered these I took them on the first nite and I actually fell asleep and I didn't wake up plus I didn't even hear my alarm..this relaxed me better than those over the counter sleep aids,,this actually worked.!! I think they work great I’ve been on them for four months they do help amazingly with my anxiety. I didn’t get any headaches or anything just when I stop taking them my anxiety is through the roof.
