I ordered the wrong bucket, but that was my fault. Make sure you know the exact size for your commode. This item in nonreturnable. If you need a 7.5 capacity this one will not fit in the liner. Can use without the liner though if you dare. Not much description given in listing.

I could not find a replacement anywhere that would fit! This is better quality than the one that came with the potty.

Was missing the middle section

This advertises the splash guard with the bucket and a lid, all that was received was a bucket! Not happy the main reason for the order was the guard!

This was shown as a three piece product. It isn't! It has a bucket and a lid! The inner bucket that holds the liner in place isn't here! They show it in the picture! Of course, I can't return it! What a waste of money!

Thought bucket was fine, until friend was going to empty. The handle is a poor design. when lifted handle popped out and left mess everywhere. Would not recommend to buy this.

This item only came with the bucket and lid. It didn't include the splash guard as presented. False Advertisement

The picture shows 3 pieces, the bucket (with a metal handle), the lid, and the open bottom piece used to keep bucket liners in place. What I received was a bucket with a plastic handle, which is OK, and a lod, but no liner piece.

My item is missing the quard.
