Great for beginer
I love the game. So far I only play the play mode. I'm just starting the game but I find it challenging. Make sure you have a few hours free when you play. I put the game on and play, when I look up at the clock a few hours have passed without me being aware. I am very out of shape and experiance mild discomfort for about half an hour after play, but then the discomfort is completly gone. Then I feel very relaxed and tranquil.

Not a game for kids
I find the pace and tone of this game helps me to maintain a calm and enjoyable expierence. A great help for the novice meditater.
