Novilla Atease 8" Full Size Medium Adult Memory Foam Mattress

Really happy with this mattress. We got a king size so it was heavy, but my husband and I were able to unwrap it and roll it out in less than 5 minutes. It puffed up to full size in just a few hours. My old mattress was hurting my hips, and since sleeping on this new mattress I've noticed so much less stiffness when I get out of bed in the morning. It's soft and somewhat firm, like most memory foam mattresses, but it isn't so firm that it's hard or uncomfortable. I also really like the gray cover. It's super soft and supportive. It's a really good mattress, especially for the price!

It’s very light so one person can pick it up. The only thing is if you sit on the edge of the bed, it really lumps down to a pancake versus the middle of the bed is very firm awry would say it’s OK maybe I need a box to put it under instead of just a bedframe.

It wasn't what I paid for. I order and paid for a 14'' Novilla Grey Memory Foam Mattress Bamboo Foam Queen Mattress, however I was sent a 12 in mattress after paying for a 14" after waiting the recommended time before use . However , I never would have known had I not waited the recommended 72 hours to measure it before sleeping on this mattress before use , and to my chagrin is was only 12 inches, and not the 14 inch mattress I ordered which cost more money. Wasn't happy with my finding, therefore I called Walmart to inform them of my findings. They offered to have the transport company pick up this mattress, but it was never picked-up I can go on and on. The Transport company used to deliver the mattress, all I can say is good luck in actually speaking to a live person. Correspondence is via chat online.

I specifically ordered and paid for a 12" mattress. I also more that followed the instructions for letting the mattress expand, giving it a full 4 days (not just 3 as instructed) to expand without weight on it. It only made it to 10"...never 12". I reached out to the seller but was only given the option to return the product and await another (which honestly seemed like so much more trouble than it was worth...just to probably have it happen again as the product is just not made to expand fully.) So unfortunately it isn't as lofty as I had hoped...or paid for...but it is not a terrible product otherwise. Pretty comfortable for the price and currently holding it's shape...short shape...but it's shape. LOL!

mattress is on the firmer side of medium. i would say too firm for a side sleeper. it doesnt have any memory gel foam either. it just feels like a high density foam of lower quality. it does run warmer as well. doesnt have any cooling properties that is in the description. its a decent matrress for the price, but i dont recommend for side sleepers. it's firm with a touch of softness, you dont sink in but neither does the memory foam contour or hug your body. edge support is average.

I was really excited about this purchase for the price until I received it. I waited the recommended timeframe for expansion. I’m not sure if it’s defect or what but I ordered a 14” mattress. What I received was head of bed on one side 10” middle on one side 12” and foot on one side 7 1/2”. The opposite side head of bed 8 1/2” middle 12” foot 8”. After 72 hours the bed never expanded to the full 14” all around. I’m very disappointed after being so excited about the purchase. I have gotten two beds in the past with no issues at all. We absolutely love them, but this is terrible.

I am so disappointed I bought this mattress after reviewing it for months check in the reviews reading educating myself finally decided to go ahead and order it and low and behold I purchased a king size 14 inch foam a tease Novella mattress comes with a cover that you can take off and wash I took it out. The plastic wrote it on top of my new platform bed frame let it expand for 72 hours and it’s still at 13 inches. We are a day out of 72 hours or a day over. I’m so disappointed. The edges are too soft. They do condense down when you sit on the edge that is horrible. Had I known that I would’ve never bought this mattress now I wanna take it back. I don’t even want it. I am super disappointed. Please don’t get this mattress as I got a size king size medium foam mattress and is not what I thought. I wish I would’ve waited for a lucid. I need a refund this is horrible!!!

I ordered this mattress at the end of August, and it arrived in a decent amount of time. However the mattress I got was maybe a full size and I ordered a king. Called support and the scheduled a return pickup that same week. Got an email when that day arrived to schedule the pickup? The website was bugged and I kept having to reopen new emails asking to schedule the pickup, after the third time I called the company. They couldnt honor that same pickup time that was originally scheduled, so it ended up being the next week. They arrived, and picked it up and my replacement couldnt be placed until the return was at the facility. That happened a week ago or more and IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT. Not only am I still waiting for my replacement, it hasnt moved at all on the tracker from “placed.” I still havent received any refund for the money I paid either, and I argued that I didnt want a refund I wanted my bed I ordered and support still issued a refund, and I still havent got it. I called support about all this yesterday and the only option they gave me was to cancel my replacement order entirely or to wait it out. I dont have a bed at all this is ridiculous. While the mattress seemed decent and comfortable from what I could tell through the plastic before it was picked up, this entire experience is unreal, so Im STILL waiting on my bed and its been a month nearly since I ordered it.

This bed is supposed to expand to 14 inches and as of right now it is still at 10 on one side and 11 on the other side and it has been fully expanded on the bedframe for six full days. How long will it take to get it to 14 inches which is what I ordered?

May have lasted almost 1 month before our backs started hurting again. Turned it %26 that hasn't helped. We are lean/average size %26 this didn't last. Do yourself a favor %26 just put your money in a nice mattress; that's what we have to do now after wasting almost $400 on this.
