Happy with this purchase. So convenient to have a matteess delivered to my door. Just carry the box to bedroom, unpack and let it return to it's full shape. So easy and the bed is comfortable and the perfect firmness. We have been sleeping soundly since we switched.

This mattress is so nice, especially for the great and affordable price! I was a bit skeptical ordering online since i couldn't see the product first, but this exceeded my expectations. I let it set up for 72 hours like the directions said and it's the perfect firmness. Highly recommend!

When the package was delivered, I was very surprised at the size of the box because I ordered a queen size and the box seemed small, but it is packed really well after opening it up I let it sit for a few hours to get to. It’s full thickness and it’s amazing.

This is a great mattress for the money. My husband and I have a Tempur pedic. We bought this for our guest room, where we will be sleeping during a remodel. I didn’t want to spend a fortune but the mattress needed to be replaced. The mattress expanded quickly. It hasn’t been 24 hours and it is already at 14”. One thing I did to help it expand was place a space heater beside the bed to warm the room up for the first 24 hours. It was almost completely expanded within a couple hours. There was no weird smell at all when we opened it and the packaging was easy to open. The bed is firm and comfortable.

This mattress is the perfect balance between firm and soft and in just a few nights have resolved severe back pain that I suffered with my previous mattress. The packaging only took a few hours to fully expand before we could use it. It’s an amazing and comfortable mattress for a very decent price.

I ordered this mattress for my teenage son after getting to tall for his full size. I chose this mattress after reading seceral reviews and the deal they were having on it. The mattress arrived a day early, which was nice. The packaging was in great condition when it arrived in perfect condition and was pretty small for the size the mattress ends up being. It wasn't extremely heavy for me to manover into his bedroom, but getting the mattress out of the box took a bit of strenth. I chose not to cut down the box to open it up all the way out of caution to not cut through it and end up cutting the plastic cover or mattress. Once the mattress was out of the plastic it started plumping up instantly. The mattres has a cover with a zippered enclosure for easy cleaning. I did allow 48 hours to shape before putting anything on it. I also periodically went to each corner to help fluff and adjust the mattress cover to its shape. It seemed pretty firm when I tried it out at that time by laying down on it. I like that because the mattress will hold up for a while. I did put a 3 inch mattress topper on it as well. I didn't measure, but I would say it plumped up close to the 10 inches. Son says it is comfortable. I used it on a platform frame that my son wanted. The mattress slides around on it, so i plan to get a low progile box spring as well.

i liked the fact the mattress is 14" but i dont feel like its an actual queen seems more like a full/queen its softfirm shouldve maybe got the king

Not good if you are a larger person. By myself (5'5 130lbs) it's great. But with husband (6'7 300lbs) not so much. I roll towards him every time he moves and the bed is already sagging in less than two months. Not made for people of larger proportions. Very soft which is great for side sleepers but will not last for anyone who is heavier in build. The pics are of the matress not even two months old

I am so disappointed I bought this mattress after reviewing it for months check in the reviews reading educating myself finally decided to go ahead and order it and low and behold I purchased a king size 14 inch foam a tease Novella mattress comes with a cover that you can take off and wash I took it out. The plastic wrote it on top of my new platform bed frame let it expand for 72 hours and it’s still at 13 inches. We are a day out of 72 hours or a day over. I’m so disappointed. The edges are too soft. They do condense down when you sit on the edge that is horrible. Had I known that I would’ve never bought this mattress now I wanna take it back. I don’t even want it. I am super disappointed. Please don’t get this mattress as I got a size king size medium foam mattress and is not what I thought. I wish I would’ve waited for a lucid. I need a refund this is horrible!!!

This bed is supposed to expand to 14 inches and as of right now it is still at 10 on one side and 11 on the other side and it has been fully expanded on the bedframe for six full days. How long will it take to get it to 14 inches which is what I ordered?
