Novogratz Bushwick Metal Bunk Bed, Kid's Bedroom Furniture, Twin/Full, Off White

This is a very nice bunkbed. The bunkbed has plenty of room with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. I love the black metal design, it's very stylish. Does not come with mattresses, so you will have to buy those. We are redoing a spare bedroom for when we have our grandchildren staying with us. I'm sure we will be using this bunkbed for many years.

I am so impressed with the Novogatz Bushwick bunkbed! This bunkbed is very well made! The instructions indicate one and a half hour to assemble, well it took me and my husband a little over 2 and a half hours however, it was well worth it! I'm sure it depends on the individual. Don't be overwhelmed by all the pieces in the box; it is a lot but they all have their place. I like the fact that they give you some extras. Everything they put in the box is needed and makes this bunkbed sturdy and quiet. You can just use a mattress only and never feel any of the bars. I slept on the bottom bunk to test it out and my granddaughter was on the top. It sleeps very comfortably, dependable and I'm a little over 200 pounds. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. Oh yeah, the bottom is a full and the top is a twin. My granddaughter is very happy with as well.

I am in AWE and wonder of this bed...This bed is as pictured in ad EXACTLY...in this review I took pictures to show how Novogatz made this bed with extra strength, security, and safety measures. I am 65 yrs old and took on putting this bed together by myself to see how easy it can be And simple it was. I was really surprised of so many things and to begin with all parts were labeled and numbered to include the tools needed AND even extra parts included. The instructions gave directions to assembly videos, if desired. Because the instructions were so simple and direct I did not need video. The instructions were given step by step and with pictures every step of the way. Also shown are safety instructions with pictures of right and wrong way like positioning of ladder and there are warning labels on top headboards. There is an awful lot of care taken by Novogatz when noting safety measures from how to move bed, giving weight limits for both beds, giving helpful hints and giving cautionary measures. In saying all this and as my pictures will show Novogatz bunkbed can be trusted to be the MOST secure, safe, strong, and definitely free from danger for any child. Even I tested out, not only the full size bed on bottom, but I also climbed to the top twin. This is DEFINITELY a bed you can trust to last. Yes Yes Yes I HIGHLY recommend and promise everyone total satisfaction, PROMISE.

Recently, I redecorated my spare bedroom for my two nephews (ages 9 and 15) to enjoy whenever they visit me. The Novogratz Bushwick bunk bed has been an awesome addition to their new room! It was reasonably priced, and it looks great with their Fortnite/Minecraft bedding. With the full/twin combo, my younger nephew can enjoy the fun of the top bunk, and my older nephew can have more wiggle room on the bottom. Assembly was fairly easy with my dad's help. So far, it has proven to be sturdy and secure. My nephews seem to love their new bunk bed, and I love seeing them feel at home with me.

This metal bunkbed is very well made and detailed! Yes it has a lot of parts to put together but everything is labeled and instructions are super clear and easy to understand. It took my husband exactly 1 hour and 45 min to finish the set up and you do have to screw together most of the parts but not a problem just make sure you do this on your day off so you can finish up getting the room together. I have a 9 year old which took the top twin bed it has security rails and she loves it up there and my 3 year old sleeps on the bottom full size bed which is a perfect size since she does move around a lot while sleeping. Bunk beds honestly are just as pictured if your looking for an upgrade for your kids these are a great choice sturdy and modern!

This is definitely a project for more than one person to do. The slats are interlocking for both beds. It comes with everything that you need to put it together. I would have pliers on hand just in case. You have to buy your mattresses separately!! (I will update this when fully put together.)

Novogatz Bushwick bunkbed is very beautiful and has so much room for the kids to sleep in. It's a very beautiful style that it's made from and I feel like it's safe where my girls can sleep on top or bottom beds and not have to worry about it falling or something going wrong with it. I highly recommend this product.

Our daughter's twin bed was just a quick secondhand purchase, and we knew she would need something nicer and more permanent, and this bunk bed is perfect. She was so excited. It arrived in a massive box, very neatly packed, very heavy. Make sure you have a little muscle around to help out! It's way easier to handle with two people, but my posting this is proof that just one person can do it on their own. You will want to set aside half a day to put it together; less if there are two of you. The assembly actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be; yes, it can be confusing with all the letters and numbers, but all the parts were labeled and accounted for, and as long as you pay attention to what you read, you shouldn't have a problem. Lots of things to screw together! The only part that wasn't 100% clear was the orientation of the washers (not the spring ones)--there aren't too many to worry about, but I assumed that because they were curved, the curve had to hug the bed, which meant concave side faced the bed. Nothing said it needed to go any particular way. And I had no problems putting things together. The stickers on the bars are pretty difficult to get off, so consider leaving them on so you're not left with ugly half-peeled-off stickers. It will also make it easier for reassembly if the bed needs to be taken apart and moved. One thing to note: be careful with the little gray tabs that go above each bar that supports both mattress (there are a lot of these tabs)--if you try to press it in when it's not aligned perfectly, the little bits that hold it in place will break off, and then you have to throw it away. There are extras, but not a lot of extras, so be careful! Our daughter couldn't wait to go to bed that night; she was so excited to be up so high in bed. We are glad there is a railing all around the top bunk except for where the ladder is. This bed looks really nice, and it's not particularly childish looking, so it can be used by older kids and adults as well. The weight limit for the top is 200 lbs and for the lower 350 lbs. I love that the bottom bunk is a double--you can fit more people! I foresee a lot of sleepovers in our future. It's sturdy, it looks good, you don't need box springs, and it isn't an abnormally huge headache to put together. We love it!

This Novogatz Bushwick bunkbed is absolutely perfect for my 4year old and 2 year old sons. My complain is that the instructions were wrong! Good thing my husband and I were handy and figure it out ourselves. It turned out perfect and for the quality it looks heavy duty. I still will recommend this to others, just change order of the upright loose should be b d c c not c d c b. It was not hard to catch the mistake since the Holes for screws didn't line up.

Modern and stylish look with a classic black finish. Top bunk was a taller height, which is nice for bottom bunker. Would use for older kids or adults. Ladder rungs were rounded and uncomfortable when climbing and descending. Wider steps with a non-slip coating would be a improvement. This set should be assembled in the same room it's going to used. Instructions estimated set up time at approx. 1 and 1/2 hours. Took total of 6 -7 hours for me. I did do it alone and ended up having to turn the top front rail around, this was my error. Instruction were easy enough to follow, just a bit more complex with the different parts and screws. All hardware (screws, washers, nuts and wrenches were included and clearly marked) Having a separate pack of extra parts was a definite plus. Would recommend no distraction while putting this together. I had a very cute 4-year-old as a distraction for the first hour and a half. Decided to finish assembly after distraction was asleep. Bunkbed set was shipped. Delivery was adequate. Box was left in driveway, driver did set to the side and out of the way. Length of box plus weight of parts in box required the use of a dolly to move or two people.
