The storage space is spacious and can hold more than you might think. It comes flat-packed, but the assembly was very simple and the directions were easy to follow. The yellow is slightly more muted than in the pictures shown for the piece, but it's still bright, fun and adds an unexpected pop of color to the space.
Very simple to assemble. i was by myself and it was really easy. light weight to easy to move around as well. Color is as it looks online. I love it!
This metal locker is a cutie! Love the yellow color, which I think is as depicted online. My husband put together almost all by himself; I placed a finger here or there to steady a piece while he put another on. I love that you don't have a million screws and think it's quite cleaver the way it goes together. Feels very sturdy to me and I plan to use it as a pantry, as my kitchen cabinets are so deep I can never find anything. I'm really happy with this purchase and I'm actually having to control myself from ordering one or two more! So stinkin cute and functional !
Love it so much! So cute, and a great way to organize all of my original art pages and prints. Covered it in magnets, and there's some nice storage/display space on top too. Was very easy to build with clear instructions. Smart design. Also great deal!
I love these cabinets. I'm redoing my master bathroom with an industrial/boho vibe, and these worked perfectly for my storage needs, These were surprising easy to assemble; each cabinet took less than twenty minutes and I did them myself. Once assembled, they are heavy, so I needed sliders to move them in place. I bought the orange ones, and they are the perfect orange, which is one on my very favorite decorating colors
I received this locker as an item to review through the Spark Reviewer Program. It seemed a little cheesy at first while I was putting it together. There's not many screws or bolts that come with it to hold it together so I was a little nervous about how sturdy it was going to be. It mostly just slides together, there are a couple tabs you fold over to hold things in place. But by the time I got the top on (it also slides on with a different type of tab system to hold it on) it actually feels pretty sturdy. Not sturdy enough to use at a school or anything like that, but for personal use it's not too bad. I like that it is actually made of metal. It recommends two adults to put it together, but I was able to put it together myself with no problems. It took me 20-30 minutes. The directions were a little confusing because I couldn't figure out what some of the drawings were showing, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I like it and would recommend it. I do wish it was a different color though. My teens agree, the orange is pretty awful, I'm not ready for the colors of the 70s to come back.
This took about 20 minutes to put together and I had the help from another person. It's not necessary but it is helpful when trying to line things up to have a 2nd person. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, the screw for the handles are very tiny and be prepared to drop them or use a magnetic tip screwdriver. Mine arrived with a few dents in the doors and side even though it was well packed in heavy styrofoam. I don't mind because of where i'm using it as it will likely get dented during use. Material is thin, so it can get dented easily. The orange color is deep and almost red. I like that the shelves are adjustable also.
Fairly simple to set up, even though some of the pictures could be better at indicating which way the pieces go. The color looks exactly like it did on the website and it feels sturdy once assembled. My problem is THIS: At the very end of the instructions, it says “Warning: Risk of injury to persons — do not place a television on this furniture. This furniture is not approved for use with a television.” Ummmmm, what?! I don't know what that means (like, will it burst into flames or warp the time-space continuum or something?) and I'm kinda cranky about it since I bought this cabinet specifically to put a television on top of. The top is rated to hold 60 lbs, for goodness' sake. So now, as a rule-follower, I don't know whether to take on the Risk of Unknown Injury or literally not be able to use it for the reason I bought it.
I was excited for this cabinet but when assembling it, parts broke! There are small tabs that bend to hold the back in place. Since they are so tiny and thin, I bent them very gently. Regardless, one tab broke off in my hand. I was able to bend the broken piece with pliers and place it over the top. This held it in place long enough to get the lid on, then fell off. The lid doesn't stay on when opening the doors, because nothing (except the door handles) screws together! It all just sort of stays in place like an origami box. Very strange. I gave it 3 stars because, once finally assembled, it looks nice and the metal sides to feel sturdy. There are holes on the back of the lid but they don't align with anything. I plan to drill holes through and attach screws. I feel this will make it secure enough to use. Overall, it's a nice looking locker cabinet, but I wouldn't recommend it.
First time I've seen this advertised and there are absolutely no items available in any color. please STOP advertising items you don't have!!
