Better than I thought! I was hesitant about these bunk beds. I thought maybe they were not going to be sturdy or strong enough since in the picture the bars look thin. The picture on the cover does it no justice! These bunks are strong and sturdy! I really like the finish product. I was dreading assembling them but it actually turned out to be fun because it became a family project. My kids helped with the parts since they are alphabetically labeled. My husband did the assembling while I gave the instructions. It takes three set of hands to assemble and finish the whole thing. My favorite thing about these bunks is that the stairs are on the front and not on the side. I feel that it is safer for the kids to climb up this way since I grew up having a bunk bed with the straight up stairs on the side. I just have one tip to give the manufacturer, I recommend that the instructions be changed to where the top bunk bed be completely assembled before the bottom bed. Only because it's a bit of a hassle to squeeze our hands in between the bars to clip on the hooks(Z). Other than that, the frame is really strong and sturdy. I love it and most importantly my kids(7 & 6 y.o) love it! It was a great transition to get my kids to stay in their beds and not come to mine. It's a win win!

Nice bunk beds, easy to assemble and the choice of colors are great. The paint is durable and edges are all rounded, for safety. I like the full size bottom and with a quality mattress, it is very comfortable. Also, easier to get in and out of the fullsized bunk Because it is wider. Top bunk is cozy and has built in safety features for age appropriate Children. It slides around for easy access to make up and uses Standard sheets. Very nice addition for the kids room

I got this for my kids room, so they would have a place for friends to sleep over. We got out together in about 30 minutes so it was super easy to assemble. I wasn't sure what the quality would be for this low price but I was very pleased. My daughter gets on top and jumps and it doesn't budge much at all. I love the color also because it matches everything and it isn't the typical wood brown bed.

This Novogratz Maxwell Twin/Full Metal Bunk Bed Grey is so awesome. It fits one standard full size mattress and one twin size mattress. It's very sturdy and well constructed. The design style is awesome, it's sleek and sophisticated . In my opinion, this bunk bed will be around for a long time due to how well made it is. It's nice indeed.

We are trying to figure out whether to give it to our girls or our boys so we haven't put it up yet. I will have to edit or resubmit a new review once that is done. We have looked at it out of the box and it appears to be very sturdy and made very well. We are so excited to try this out! Our boys are 18 and 14 and our girls are 17 and 12. We were surprised that they were still interested in having bunk beds but they are all fighting over it. I think this will work out perfectly for either one.

This is about the heaviest metal bunk bed I have ever seen. It comes unassembled in a big box that weighs 100 lbs. That created a problem for me because I am a senior citizen that cannot lift that much weight, but I solved the problem by opening the box and taking the pieces out one by one and taking them into my house. All the instructions and pieces are in the box. It does take time to assemble, but well worth it. The finish is shiny and looks really nice. We went with a neutral gray. Perfect size for a small bedroom. Has ladder for ease to get on top bunk. Takes a twin mattress and a full mattress. Very happy with this bed.

I've always loved this type of bunk bed (twin and full). In fact, my husband and I slept in the lower level of one years ago, belonging to our grandchildren. I never forgot it. Too bad I didn't have one when my children were young. This one is even better. I love the gray color and smooth surface. And it's so sturdy. Great product.

This Novogratz Maxwell Twin/Full Metal Bunk Bed is great for kids. It comes in gray, navy blue, and millennial pink. I got the gray as that matches virtually any color scheme you might have. It takes up less space than 2 twin beds so the Novogratz Maxwell Twin/Full Metal Bunk Bed gives your kids more room to play. I have not assembled mine yet as the room is being renovated. But the bed is made of sturdy metal. Each bed has metal slats that guarantee support of the mattresses that are not included with the frame. The metal side rails give great support and serve as safety rails on the top bunk. There is also an attached ladder to provide safe access when climbing to the top bunk. The bed uses one twin mattress on the top bunk and one full size mattress on the bottom bunk. The smooth metal finish and light gray paint give the bed a very contemporary yet almost industrial design that is very clean and bright. The sturdy metal slats offer total support so additional foundations are not necessary so that helps save money as well. The bed offers a great design look but most importantly in your child's room it offers comfort, safety and a fun environment with the bunks. I recommend this bed!

It wiggles and creaks, which kinda sucks. It has a lot of pieces and steps to put together. I think it may have taken us 4-5 hours to get it all done. But it's a bunk bed, and the kids are still into it. Also, the box was a little damaged from shipping and fell apart as I was bringing it up the steps. Pieces went everywhere. I do wish there had been a pick up from store option.

We were an hour into assembling the bed when we discovered that it had a damaged piece - bolts wouldn't secure due to improperly drilled parts that spun. Called the company for a replacement part - which they only had in blue or pink, not gray - and they told me that my only option was to return or exchange. Had to take the entire bed apart (another 40 minutes) and rebox the best that I could (15 minutes). Had FedEx pick up a week ago because it wouldn't fit in my vehicle to get it to the store, and I am STILL waiting for my refund.
