There was nothing to like or dislike. This is the SECOND time I have ordered this item; the second time I have received apologies for DELAYS. Why not just make the item unavailable?

They are good, but packaging needs to improve. Delivered in heat weather destroys the product. They stick to the paper and are hard to come out. That's my only issue.

I am not rating the candy but my last delivery. I ordered 6 packages of Pepsi containing 12 bottles. I received 3 packages of 12 and 3 6-packs. I did not receive all that I ordered did I pay for more or what I got?
