Impressive results!
I've only taken this for one day so far and the results are beyond impressive! The noticeable effects are just what the name says — calm focus! I'd like to know if there's any reason that I shouldn't take more than 1 in the morning later during the day?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just started on NOW Foods' Calm & Focus capsules with Zembrin and GABA, and they're pretty solid. These little capsules are like a chill pill for the brain - keeping me focused without the jitters. Plus, it's all veggie caps, which is a bonus. Good stuff for keeping the stress at bay and staying sharp. Definite thumbs up from me.

It does work but for myself I got dizzy after two weeks and I almost passed out when working out. I stop taking it and I'm not dizzy
