7-Keto doing what I need it to
I'm glad I found this available in the NOW brand. I'd been taking a different brand. I like that I only need 1 capsule twice a day.

Good Supplement for Weight Mgmt
The NOW 7-KETO product is an excellent product to use as part of a weight management regime. As an older consumer who still exercises regularly and eats healthily, I find this product to help preserve muscle/lean body mass. The 7-KETO formula allows those who cannot or should not take DHEA in other forms to safely consume this supplement.

I have taken this product for some time now but am stopping it because I am not sure if it is what I need. Absolutely no complaints, I just am not sure it is helping me.

Great weight loss supplement
Really works to speed up weight loss specifically fat loss, if you are already in a caloric deficit. Great supplement but be warned it will make you hungrier than usual.

Curbs my Appetite
I started with NOW Foods 7-Keto 100 about a month ago. Not sure if I lost weight but it has curbed my appetite. I know I have been eating less, so I am assuming I dropped some weight. Haven't been on the scale yet…!
