I've only been taking this medicine for two days. There is no taste and it is easy to swallow.

I like that it was in capsule form. I heard that NOW products were very good. so this is the first time trying this cinnamon bark.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST, even though I was starting to conclude otherwise at first. But it turns out that's because I was initially taking only one capsule of NOW Foods Cinnamon Bark right before each of two meals, instead of the label-specified TWO capsules at a time. Seemed virtually ineffective at "half dose," and I thought, "darn I should have stuck to cassia cinnamon" instead of the "true cinnamon" (Ceylon cinnamon) used in NOW's product. But then I tried using TWO capsules at a time instead of one, as per the label, and I couldn't believe what a world of difference that made! But it's true! When taken exactly as the label says, this product may be the BEST DIETARY SUPPLEMENT PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE!

I find that opening one capsule and adding it to my tea and also putting it into my cooked cereal makes it taste so delicious. I know I use less sugar when I do that. This is Ceylon cinnamon that has fewer negative substances than the more common casia cinnamon. Give it a try.

Large pills came be a challenge when taking numerous pills, so maybe take these at a differant time than all others.
