I like this supplement. I have been taking it for years now. I feel it helps me with energy on a cellular level in the brain.

My over all impression of the Now CoQ10 is that it is far superior to the other Cq10s on the market.
The Now CoQ10 seems to be working much better than the earlier used CoQ10 in that it keeps the arteries strong while they are cleaned with other supplements thus the Systolic & the Diastolic stay with in then upper normal ranges where I want them to be.

I been taking it for at least 10 years
I've been taking q-10 for about 11 years because I wanted my heart to be healthier, well guess what my HDL (the good cholesterol) is 110! can you believe it? my doctor was shocked!, lol

I was advised by my Dr to take CoQ10 so after researching brands i was happy to purchase NOW brand for good price and reputation

I only know I don't feel as well when I run out. Not taking any chance of that in the future. It appears to help my heart function.

Good Value & Convenience
