An amazing oil
I use NOW oils. I ordered the basil to help my sister who is riddled with arthritis and in a wheelchair. She also has Neuropathy in her hands and feet. I used this oil in a foot bomb, creme and a blend for the diffuser I bought her and she said it helps alot with her pain (which is constant). I am happy and will order it again as needed.

Excellent purchase experience
Arrived earlier than expected in excellent condition. Protected from breakage with seal unbroken. Expiration in mind for proper time use. Detailed packing slip for convenience.

Spilled oil!!!
I have enjoyed this brand of oil before but have never ordered it online before. Basil is hard to find in stores. When I received it the bottle was half empty because it had spilled upon delivery. I am very unhappy about this it is also a very strong smelling oil as well so it stunk up the whole room. Please do something to fix this problem.
