This works better for me than glucosamine. I completely forget that I have arthritis when I take hyaluronic acid.

Have been using HA for awhile, it seems to be helping me. I just switched to NOW brand as it also includes MSM. Seems like it has worked well since I started taking it.

joint ache easer
