Piping Rock's inositol powder is a generous amount for the price making it a good value, only wish it came with a scoop though.

Powder from inositol
I have only been taking this for a few days. I purchased it because it is supposed to help with hair fall when taken with choline. I haven't been taking it long enough to know if it will help. But I have an issue with swallowing pills, and being a powder form, it is great for me. Just mix it with fluid of your choice; there is no taste to it.

It's been a very good product, sadly the powder was a bit lumpy because of humidity, despite that I love it!!
