NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate Powder, 8 Oz

When you first add it to water it clumps up and seems like it will not dissolve but after stirring just a little and let it sit for about 1 minute it is completely dissolved , can't even see it. It is not nasty tasting either, easy to drink.

Now is my go-to brand, and their Magnesium Citrate, along with their Calcium Citrate, are critical for my (old now) body. Helps avoid muscle cramps, too.

I looked and looked for a 40mg.. finally found this one and it is really good thanks P Rock all the products I have gotten are top notch....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product definitely helps with my sleep, although I still wake up a lot. The powder seems very effective but it tastes awful. This is likely due to the nature of pure magnesium powder. But it works well enough that I come back for more daily.

I like to take the powdered form of most supplements when available as I believe it's better assimilated. I haven't had problems with the magnesium powder dissolving - probably because I mix it with vitamin c powder and drink together. Excellent price for this product as well.

Great product. Good for our bodies. I like being able to get this in powdered form. I have trusted the Now brand for years.

This is a good product for what it is, (magnesium citrate) but i tend to wonder if i should be taking separate mg but just stick to a mineral supplement that has all the minerals or at least most of them. Too many minerals can create a burden for the kidneys. It does help with sleep.

Don't think it helped me to sleep. It just gave me a headache each time it was used.
