Don't take every day as they are over minimum amounts needed daily. I take about once a week .They are supplements and no vitimin should be a replacement for natural foods (VEGGIES)

fantastic option
I love the now brand. so glad I found them as a vegan supplier. I get my vitamins, and my body digests very well.

I'm no longer happy with this product
I've been using this product for 2 months now and so far I'm happy with the product however just noticed it has listed silicon dioxide as other ingredients. This worries me don't think I'll be buying this again.

Huge Pills With Many Cheap, Unnecessary Fillers
Maybe if there weren't so many unnecessary fillers and additives in these capsules, you wouldn't need 5 of them to reach the RDA for magnesium. Magnesium capsules are large and it requires a significant amount of magnesium (in capsule form) even without unnecessary or unhealthy additives, so there's no reason to add them. Cheap, poor quality supplements do this.
