I'd buy this again.
I use it to increase my soluble fibre. It is well-milled and tasty It arrived on time and well packaged. I'd buy again when needed.

Why did they change it???
I have eaten this every day for a few years. I was so disappointed with my most recent purchase. They changed the texture and it doesn't mix as well and stays lumpy.
