I used to take SAMe 400 Extra Strength from a different brand. When I was 30 years deficient, that was like a miracle. As I recovered, that dose became too strong. Easier to take this than cut that in half. I did not like that it went on sale the day after I received it.

The capsules are easy to swallow and of good quality.
