Ingredients
This is only 1 of 2 SAMe products I've found that has acceptable ingredients. NOW is a great company and I'm happy they've kept this product quality where all others (except for 1 company) have gone the way of artificial colors or titanium dioxide.

Swanson changed label directions
Just received my NOW SAMe bottles -- I ordered two thinking they would last two months based on the suggested dosage shown in "two" places on the Swanson website, (one according to the label directions on Swanson!) Instead of the "one" tablet, the actual NOW bottle label says, "TAKE ONE TABLET TWO TO FOUR TIMES DAILY" -- a 30 bottle supply won't even last 10 days if I follow the directions closely. RIDICULOUS! They're headed back to Swanson's.

Your leafs and the fact you have to fill them all in is not a very good rating system. Convenience and Value and Quality are irrelevant to my experience. This was not the vitamin for me. It made me feel very heavy and foggy.
