I do a lot of high impact exercises and I can definitely feel it in my knees, ankle, and Achilles' tendon. It can be pretty uncomfortable, but when I started to use this joint and muscle cream I honestly can't feel any aching at all! The cream feels warm when you rub it in which helps a lot with the initial ache, and after a bit it starts to feel a little "numb". This cream is the best!!
