I have been purchasing NOW products for years. I have not ever had a quality issue in any of their products. The scents are strong and natural !!

This brand has proof that is 100% essential oil. And it is literally the best price that I could find all over the Internet for what I got. Since the price was so good I was skeptical but once I got the items you can completely tell that it is 100% authentic and not filled with blends and castor oil. This is the real deal and you can completely tell by smelling it if you were to take one of these say lavender of this brand and go to anywhere that sells lavender that says it's 100% and it says that it's pure and you smell it you will completely tell the difference one smells gross. The other one smells legit I will forever be buying from this brand. I trust them the cheapest certified essential oil that I could find.

Everything came as expected. The scents are all nice and good quality.

Satisfied with most everything however quality control needs to make sure the bottle caps are firmly secure, The Tea Tree cap was no tightly closed and leaked into shipping package

THE ITEMS WERE EXCELLENT BUT THE DRIVER DID NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO DELIVER THEM. THE DRIVER JUST LEFT THEM INSIDE THE PARKING CARPORT AND MY 93 YEAR OLD MOTHER DID NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL HER NEIGHBORS BROUGHT THEM. THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY ARE ALWAYS SENT WITH THE ORDER. OTHERWISE, LOVE YOUR WORK! THANK YUOU

The lavender lid was damaged and the EO leaked out. The lid could not be removed. The eucalyptus and tea tree EOs had been opened. The eucalyptus looked used. The shipping package had not been opened or damaged when arrived, so the damage and broken seals occurred before packaging. The NOW products are my favorite but my store was out of stock. I should have waited for restocking.
