20 to 30 minutes after taking my first dose, an awakening. i could feel energy from head to toe! much safer to use than energy drinks. important reminder is you need to stop using this one to two weeks before any kind of medical procedure as it thins your blood.

Helping with my eyesight
I started taking Ginkgo Biloba because it was recommended for my eyesight. I haven't noticed any more deterioration, so perhaps it's working.

Allergic reaction
Apparently I have an allergy to the product after doing some research. I developed small rashes on my limbs and torso, plus itching on my scalp, one of the listed side effects of ginkgo biloba.
