It adds a nice lubricant to the skin so that you can get deep into those tight knots. The smell is also pleasant - smells natural without being overbearing. Most importantly, it leaves my skin so soft after and not sticky.

It seems to be more of a good scent and a lubricant for rubbing. I do not find that it helps aid my sore areas like other arnica products.
