Anytime we have a knee, back or whatever body part start aching we use this. We like that it doesn't heat up like some of the other creams on the market. A little goes a long way. It is not greasy and absorbs well. Just has a very subtle aspirin smell. Usually after applying it before bed we are feeling better by the following morning.
