Help wih Sleep
We use this to help with sleep and mood. I've noticed that I am less rattled by little things and can maintain a better sense of humor or just good mood. Also we use it to help make better sleep. Helps me a lot and helps my wife.

Very Weak
This stuff is weak and then I took 10 pills at the same time and it just went right through me because the body canâ??t convert that much 5HTP into serotonin at once. The product is good, itâ??s the substance itself that is very weak.
