Works for my long covid brain fog!
My rheumatologist suggested this for some long covid symptoms. Took the 1st one on a Friday night and the next morning no more brain fog! It seems to be helping with the joint/muscle pain as well. I will definitely be continuing to take this.

There is no stomach discomfort. I have to be careful even with vitamins and supplements because I have a very sensitive stomach. I tolerate this just fine 🙂.

First time
This is the first time taking Astaxanthin supplement cellular protection. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to be feeling but so far I'm feeling well. I haven't gotten sick with colds or Covid like some of my family and friends have. I'm hoping this is giving me some protection as it claims that it supports balanced immune system
