Good quality
I've used bee pollen most of my life. After being unable to find a quality product i gave it up several years ago. Decided to try this one a month ago and have been pleased so far.

Made me nauseated
Although I would love to continue taking this, I get the very unwanted side effect of nausea from the bee pollen. When I was able to stomach it, I did not notice any improvement in energy or otherwise. So I cannot recommend this product.
