Doctor recommended getting some form of gelatin to see if it would help with my splintering nails. I have only gone through 2 bottles so time will tell, but it does seem to help out with more energy. I like that it is a natural source of iron as that is something harder for us older folks to process so we need more. I like the source of calcium and do think it seems like my joint pain is less but maybe that is just hopeful thinking. Not sure if it has improved my heart health, but as I said I seem to have a little more energy. As far as a fat burner, maybe it is my age but it does not seem to be working, with disability being immobile, it may just take a little longer for it to work in that area.
