After my recent osteoporosis diagnosis I was advised to supplement with calcium. I was overwhelmed by all the options. I read about how CH is great for teeth, even repairing cavities over time. I started taking it to strengthen my bones, too. It's working great, my last 2 dental visits have been fantastic (after years of a cavity or two each visit). I also use a CH toothpaste.

Product as described delivered quickly. I won't know how it performs until I have my yearly bone density test.

My calcium readings were terrible with calcium carbonate, but with this product my blood tests showed definite improvement.
