good choice
Originally bought this as a weight loss supplement and it claimed to reduce creatine levels.well I am a 35 yr diabetic with kidney issues. After a couple of months my kidney levels had gone down and the creatine levels as s well. I will continue to use this supplement

Chitosan, capsules vs tablets
I switched to this product after Swanson stopped capsules in their product and went to tablets. . I am against the binders in tablets and would gladly switch back to Swanson's product if they went back to capsules,,,,,,,,,PLEASE!!! I've used both Chitosan and white kidney bean extract for years,

Not as good as Swanson Chitosan in my opinion
This NOW Chitosan product isn't as effective for me as the Swanson Chitosan product. I wish Swanson could keep it's own Chitosan product in stock. The NOW capsules are partially empty and you have to take 3 capsules to match 2 capsules of Swanson Chitosan.
