CLA Extreme
I really like this product, it helps with my energy level, especially after post menopause. No after taste or upset stomach. It helps also with metabolism and keeping my weight down.

Great product when used properly!
Great product to pair with your clean diet and exercise routine. I work out 4-6days a week, am late 30s - and this product helps me beat that plateau we all hit! Highly recommend for others seeking that shred.

Keeps me going!
I enjoy all of NOW's supplements! This CLA in particular has the added bonus of green tea! I take these first thing in the morning with my protein shake and I find they keep me going all day! I love CLA because it changes my body composition! need to keep up with it for a couple months to see noticeable results (with balanced diet and exercise of course).

Great pre-workout supplement
I have been using this supplement on strength days for a decade. It provides great energy and delays muscle fatigue so I can work out harder.

Helps hunger
Seems to be a good product. I have taken 2 x a day for a couple months, now 1x a day. Lost 12 # and now losing slowly, whch is good.

Works For Me
What works for me may not work for you but I can tell you that after 1 month of being on these I have noticed a difference---not a huge difference but a noticeable one. I intend to keep using these for a few months or longer to find out how much of a difference they will make. I am very satisfied with the ingredients(no unwanted fillers...YAY!!!) If these continue to work and I lose all my unwanted belly fat I will be ecstatic.

CLA Extreme for sure!
I haven't been able to take these capsules as directed bcause they are so "extremely" large and hard to swallow. The gag reflex kicks in!
