No need to look any further!
Super-helpful everyday digestive supplement, and the price is right too! I've always liked the Now brand from way back when I worked in a health-food store during the 90s, and as soon as things got less regular for me during perimenopause it was my first choice. One of these pills at bedtime works like a charm! Highly recommend.

I suffer from terrible ibs -c I am on a prescription medication and I take miralax powder, with that said this supplement has been such a godsend. Seems to aid in digestion and much better release f toxins.
