this is my 1st purchase. they work super for me. I'll purchase it again! it only takes 1 tab with 1st bite. this seems to me works better than the one you take 3 tabs per bite.

If you're extremely lactose intolerant like me, these are an answer to a prayer!! These work better than any I have ever tried.

I can eat cheese again!!
This product works for me. I don't eat a lot of dairy, but I love all kinds of cheese and sour cream. For a small amount of dairy I only need 1 capsule beforehand, but if larger portion I take 2 or 3. I tried some other products, but this one is best for my needs. Swanson makes supplements affordable!!

Have been using generic Lactaid Ultra products for years and years, and found that it fell short on effectiveness many times. When i read how this Now product helped digest the dairy fats as well, I wanted to give it a try. I found this product extremely better. Thanks

I am so happy that I don't have to go elsewhere now since you have my favorite...Dairy Digest Complete! It addresses all my dairy digestive needs, not just lactase. The proteins and fats can also be a problem and this product is the best and most effective of all those I have tried. Very satisfied and I take a small pack of these everywhere I go! Great remedy for dairy digestion
Wish the bottle was bigger so I did not have to waste so many bottles. Excellent product, depending on your lack of digesting Lipase you might need to take more than one or more. Highly recommended
