Quality elderberry and zinc combination for daily use. Tablets are large and are meant to be enjoyed slowly like lozenges. I take one in the morning to start my day. Taste is good, too! From all I have read, taking a zinc supplement is an important way to protect one's health in these days.

Ok, they CAN be yucky tasting to some...but I dont think the taste is that bad..kinda a "flat" fruit taste...I take a few a day (Allow them to dissolve in my mouth) They do leave a funny taste in your mouth for a while....Tea Time!!

Others have stated that they don’t like the taste - to me it’s tasteless and you have the lozenge in your mouth for 5 minutes!! Great benefits will continue to purchase.

These taste bad and are not wt all what i expected. I will finish the bottle, but not repurchase or reccomend. Theyre like large chalky bitter vitamins, chewable. I thought they were lozenges like a cough drop!

If you can get past the taste of this then hey it's for you, unfortunately I can not it is stashed in the back of my cabinet as emergency last resort if I absolutely need to take this then I will, just wish it had a better taste or none for that matter.

I was searching for a zinc gluconate lozenge at the famous swanson price. The formula on this is amazing..so full of good ingredients to help boost the immune system. Based on previous reviews, and with "raspberry flavor" on the ingredient list, I had hoped I had found the good-tasting zinc gluconate lozenge I was looking for. These lozenges are large, and resemble sucking on a non-fizzy alka seltzer! Even with adding a ludens wild cherry lozenge to disguise the taste (now that was a mouthful!), I had to spit it out after a little while. I love the NOW brand and think swanson's has the best price on them, but this one needs a LOT more raspberry flavor to tolerate. I do not plan on keeping them, and it is no good if we can't get our family to actually use them!

These lozenges are very peppery! They are very large also.

I purchased this item and have now tried it. This is the worst tasting Lozenge I have ever tried. I had a hard time finishing one tablet and will not take another. I also had my son try one who is not picky and I did not say a word to him of what I thought . Well looks like "now" can keep this product. I will go back to purchasing purchasing Elderberry from Sambucol. the tablets are smaller and have a much better flavor.
