Good Stuff
There's not a lot that can be said about vitamins. These, among other vitamins I take, seem to do the job. I'm 75 with no health issues yet. My mother took many vitamins through her lifetime and just turned 100. Thus results are the only way to really test vitamins without an actual lab. Perhaps some are a waste of money, but as long as they are seemingly working, I think their worth the price. I do get a number of blood tests yrly. to monitor everything as well.

Poor customer service.
After purchasing a product I realized that it contains shellfish. I emailed customer service 2 times in the past 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. My wife and I spend around $700 per month on supplements and vitamins and we heard good things about NOW. But for no one to reach out to me leaves me little choice but to go to different brand with better customer service.
