Good option!
bind with amino acid for better absorption. also there is small amount of copper to prevent the imbalance between copper and zinc.

Began taking NOW zinc from my local health food store many, many years ago. was very pleased to find it here at Swanson. It's not only, in my opinion, the BEST zinc on the market, but now, also, the best value for my money!! Thanks NOW and Thanks Swanson!!

Effective
Very effective. This is the zinc/copper combination that works best for me. When I'm feeling a little rundown, I take two capsule for a couple of days. I feel it strengthens me right away.

A good choice
I've been taking this lower dose Zinc for years and it has supported me very well. I need to take it with a meal, but other family members take it on an empty stomach and can tolerate it. Good choice!

Bioavailable Zinc
This is a bioavailable form of zinc. Higher dosages of zinc will deplete copper. Many companies match 1 mg of copper to 15 mg of zinc in their vitamin/mineral supplements.

L-OptiZinc is the best
L-OptiZinc (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate) is the best form of zinc to take in my opinion.

contains copper
I am supposed to avoid copper, so I was unhappy to find out this contains copper. Other brands of OptiZinc do not contain copper, so I will try those.
